For out-of-network clients, I can provide a “superbill” to help with reimbursement. A superbill provides the information necessary to file a claim. Many clients find that their insurance company covers most of the session fee. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about reimbursement. Suggested questions to ask:

  • What is my out-of-network mental health coverage?

  • Is there a deductible that I need to meet in order to receive reimbursement?

  • How many visits am I allowed per calendar year?

Your Time is Reserved Just for You

I truly value our time together, and each session is carefully reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so that I can offer the time to someone else who may need support. If a session is missed without prior notice, the full session fee will apply.
